MAPPING VOLUNTARY & COMMUNITY SECTOR ACTIVITY IN ELLESMERE PORT AND NESTON

EPNAVCO is carrying out this mapping exercise to try and establish the level and needs of the voluntary and community sector in the Borough of Ellesmere Port & Neston.  In October 2001 a research project, produced the ‘Hidden Power Report’ which suggested that voluntary and community sector activity in Ellesmere Port and Neston was below the rest of Cheshire. In 2004 and 2006 a mapping exercise was carried out to check this. We feel it is time to check this again.

The questionnaire, which is in 2 parts, asks for a lot of information about your group or organisation. The first part asks for general information which will be used to update our Directory of Voluntary the Community Groups providing services in the borough.  

Part 2 asks questions in more detail about how your organisation is run and the support needs it has. This will be treated in the strictest confidence.  The information is needed to build up an accurate picture of current Voluntary and Community provision and to help EPNAVCO develop its services to provide better support to you in the future
